Members Present: Tom Vannatta, Chair; Barbara Freeman, Vice-Chair; Bill Weiler, Deane Geddes; Bruce Healey; Alison Kinsman, Alternate.
Mr. Vannatta called the meeting to order at 8:00 AM.
CASE: Continuation – Case 2008-010: Annexation-Brad LaClair/Agent: Roger Rodewald. 927-6030. Park 10 properties. Map/Lots 020-055-210, 020-069-280, and 020-057-229.
Mr. Vannatta read the Public Notice:
The Newbury Planning Board will hold a site visit on Saturday, November 21, 2009, beginning at 8:00 AM, at the site of the following referenced case: CASE: 2008-010: Annexation – Bradley LaClair, Park 10 – Lots 020-055-210, 020-069-280, and 020-057-229. This session is open to the public. No action will be taken. Any questions concerning this site visit may be addressed to the Newbury Planning Board at 763-4940, Ext.201.
Mr. Roger Rodewald, Agent, presented each member with a conceptual site plan drawing which denoted the following:
Proposed lot lines and stakes; Common driveway,
Proposed home sites; and,
Slopes, stone walls, streams, wetlands, proposed wells and septic systems.
Throughout the site visit/walk, the Board asked Mr. Rodewald and Mr. LaClair questions concerning the site and the proposed annexation. No action was taken.
Mr. Weiler made a motion to adjourn. Mrs. Freeman seconded the motion. All in favor.
Meeting adjourned at 8:32 AM.
